At Scavenger, we are developing AI tools that allow decision-makers to take the best possible decision under any circumstances by transforming raw data into actionable insights within seconds. After our successful funding round, we are looking for a Founders Associate that drives business success and contributes to our daily and strategic operations.
Job Description:
You will initiate and take full ownership for strategic and operational projects and drive them forward proactively
Lead your own sales workstream
Be a sparring partner for the Founders for strategic and operational decisions and projects
Oversee meetings by preparing agendas, assigning action items, preparing decision proposals, and following up on execution
Uncover opportunities through market research, gaining insights for further development
Foster a vibrant company culture, aligning seamlessly with our passion for ideas and innovation
Qualification:
You are an entrepreneur at heart with hands-on mentality
Able to demonstrate strong organizational skills and have the ability to prioritize, focus on what is really important, and think about "what’s next” on your own
The way you work is strongly analytical, you can break down problems and convey complex messages in a top-down approach
Requirements:
Fluent in German and English
A completed Bachelor's/Master's degree
Excellent PPT or Google Slide skills
Had first experiences in the start-up/VC world
